About

Born and raised in Vancouver British Columbia, Francesca grew up with an artistic background in painting and drawing. Years later, her artistic interest shifted and was drawn to the personal relationship people have with the jewelry they wear. She believes jewelry to be an ornamental way of extending personal self-expression.

Her work is a merge of inspirations: Northern Italian heritage, ritualistic adornment, modernism and ancient jewelry are all deeply reflected in her pieces, while implementing her own aesthetic twist on the subjects. The forming of her work follows traditional jewelry methods of varying techniques such as, fabrication, lost wax casting, gemstone setting and metal forming. Intended for any person, any occasion and can be worn every day.

Composing all her designs by hand, each piece is an example of her technique, practice, craftsmanship and is presented within her mix metal designs. All of Francesca’s work is made by her at her home studio in Seattle, Washington.
