Return Policy
Made to order items are Final Sale.
I ask that you thoroughly read the item description before purchasing. If you have any specific questions regarding any item before you purchase, please contact francescaandreisjewelry@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to provide you with information. Please keep in mind that all rings as well as a couple other pieces in the collection are made to order. If you are unhappy with your purchase we can discuss possible exchange/store credit. I am not responsible for any damages caused by mistreatment of pieces, however if there is an issue with craftsmanship I am happy to discuss our options. Any shipping cost for exchanges will be paid by the customer. I am not responsible for damage due to poor packing/shipping methods.
Please make sure you are ordering the correct size. The customer is responsible for knowing their true ring size. Visit your local jeweler to attain this info.
Repair Policy
Pieces can be repaired within one year of purchase at no additional cost. However I reserve the right to determine in the item has been damaged from normal wear and usage before approving your repair. If your jewelry does become worn or damaged please contact me.
Shipping
Made to order
Made to order pieces take between 4-8 weeks. Please follow the production lead time listed in each item description. If you order is time sensitive please email directly with your order number for rush processing. I will do my best to accommodate your needs and let you know if I am unable to meet them.
US domestic/ International shipping
US domestic - All US orders are shipped via USPS and will take between 5-7 business days
International - At this time I will not be shipping international items. If you are interested in one of my pieces but do not live in the US, please reach out and I will try my best to accommodate you. Some countries may have customs and duty fees that will be added to the cost of international shipping.
Local pickup
If you are local to the Seattle area and would like to not pay for shipping, choose the pick up option at checkout and let me know via email along with your order number. We will work out a time and place for pick up.
