Frequently Asked Questions
Finishes & Care
Finishes on each piece is subject to change over time for all metals due to oxidization and wear. Purchasing a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaning solution is an easy, inexpensive way to brighten up your jewelry every couple of months. Store jewelry in a box or bag to prevent tarnishing, avoid contact with harsh chemicals (such as perfume, chlorine and detergents), and dry your piece thoroughly when it gets wet. To clean, soak jewelry in warm water with mild soap and gently washed using your hands.
Do you do custom work?
Yes! I am currently accepting customs! Please reach out via my contact form and include as much information as possible/applicable: style, metal color and karat, metal finish, ring size, stone preference, time-frame, and the location where we would be shipping it to, etc. I will let you know whether it is something that I can do and if I have time in my current production schedule.
Ring Sizing
When getting sized, it's always best to get sized by professionals using metal ring sizers before ordering a ring. I recommend getting sized several times, by different people, on different days before ordering a ring. That way, you can come up with a sort of average. Finger sizes change with temperature and activity levels so be sure to keep that in mind when ordering. I recommend sizing up 1/2 size for bands 6mm and up, or if you intend to stack rings together making a stack that amounts to 6mm or above.
